The deal

By using Hired you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose. If anything's unclear, contact us before signing up.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account credentials. Don't share them.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have legal guardian consent.
• One person per account. No automated mass-registration.

Your content

You own your resumes. We don't claim any rights to them. We store them so you can edit, tailor, and export. We don't train AI on them.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you put in. Hired won't fabricate facts (the AI is explicitly prompted not to), and the Honesty Mode feature flags any claims that weren't in your source — but the final responsibility is yours.

Payment

• Free tier: 1 resume, no AI tailoring. Forever.
• Pro Monthly / Yearly: recurring via Razorpay. Cancel any time — access continues until end of current period.
• Pro Lifetime: one-time payment, perpetual access to the Pro feature set as it stands at purchase. New features added later are not guaranteed (but typically included).
• No refunds on partial billing periods. Lifetime tier has a 7-day refund window — email us if it's not for you.

AI usage

AI features (tailoring, bullet improve, cover letter) consume tokens against the Pro plan's monthly quota. Usage caps protect against abuse and runaway costs.

When you drive Hired from your own coding agent via MCP, AI calls run through your subscription — not ours. We don't bill you for those.

Acceptable use

Don't use Hired to:

• Misrepresent your qualifications or commit fraud.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the service.
• Spam, automate excessive AI tailoring, or otherwise abuse rate limits.
• Resell access or expose the MCP server to third parties.

Violations may result in suspension without refund.

Liability

Hired is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service running and the AI helpful, but we don't guarantee interviews, offers, or specific outcomes. We're not liable for indirect damages.

Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid Hired in the last 12 months.

Changes + termination

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced via email and on the dashboard. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Either party can terminate the relationship at any time. We delete account data within 30 days of cancellation, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
