What we collect

We collect what you give us: name, email, and the contents of your resumes (work history, skills, education, etc.). When you pay we collect billing info via Razorpay — we never see or store your card details directly.

We log basic technical events (page loads, errors) to keep the service running. We do not run third-party trackers, fingerprinters, or session-replay tools.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not use your resume content to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
• We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Who we share with

Strictly limited to the providers that make Hired run:

• Razorpay — payment processing (PCI-compliant)
• OpenRouter / model providers — only the tailoring prompt + JD when you click "Tailor". We do not retain prompts.
• Hosting infrastructure — to serve the app

If you use the MCP integration, your resume content goes through your own AI agent (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.), not through Hired's AI provider. Your AI subscription, your data path.

Your control

• Export all your resumes as JSON/PDF/Word at any time.
• Delete your account from Account → Danger — wipes everything within 30 days.
• Revoke MCP tokens any time from Account → Integrations.
